All orders are made-to-order and custom, please note all sales are final any addition or changes must be done within 24 hours of order.
Thin Line Threads (TLT) may substitute items of similar value due to stock shortages and availability.
Please remember that since we do not have order minimums as well as no store closing that store orders are pulled a min. 1x per week then processed through vendor. We do everything we can to get the orders done as soon as they arrive from the vendor.
Any issues with orders must be addressed within 24 hours of receipt.
All orders will be shipped via UPS not USPS unless tracking shows that. UPS will be our standard for shipping for 2025.
